The global multi-polar trend evolves constantly, economic globalization increasingly deepens, regional co-operation thrives, different political thoughts interact with each other, and the impact of political parties, both ruling and opposition, on the national political eco-system increases. Against such a backdrop, inter-party relationship has become an important channel for major national political forces and politicians to engage in dialogue and exchanges on their government experience and major international political issues.
