赢回民心，应慎重考虑废除内安法令！

内安法令因诠释空间大，容易被滥用，已引起人民普遍的不满，在新任首相拿督斯里纳吉接棒后，释放13名内安法令扣留者，并承诺全面检讨法令内容，马华妇女组赞同及支持首相的做法，希望政府能够废除内安法令，并以内容更为精确完善，没有滥用空间的《反恐法令》取代，同时在尊重人权的原则下，应允许扣留者享有司法权！－拿汀巴杜卡周美芬

Abolish ISA or substantially amend it to regain people’s confidence

Wanita MCA chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun full supports Prime Minister YAB Dato’ Sri Najib bin Tun Razak’s decision to release 13 ISA detainees, and his promise to carry out an overall review of the Act. She says the Act is subject to misuse as its scope of interpretation is too wide. She hopes that the government can abolish the Act and replace it with an Anti-Terrorism Act which should be more precise, comprehensive and not vulnerable to misuse and provides legal rights to detainees in the principle of respect to human rights. – Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun
