计划重点：由署理主席拿督尤绰韬所带领的政治教育局，在配合党校提供的各级党员政治教育之余，也与蔡凤玲所领导的新闻局和吴惠萍所领导的文化局配合招募并培训善于演说与写作的妇女党员，组成妇女论政议政精英团队。

Implementation of Tailor-Made Political Education to Party Members and Formation of A Specialised Team

Thrust of Plan: A Political Education Bureau headed by Deputy National Chairman Dato’ Yu Chok Tow was formed and in collaboration with the MCA School of Political Studies, it aims to provide political education to party members of all levels. It also cooperates with the Information and Communication Bureau headed by Sdri. Chua Fong Ling and the Cultural and Arts Bureau headed by Sdri.Goh Hui Peng to recruit and train Wanita MCA members skilled in public speaking and writing so as to form specialised teams for political deliberation.

迎向e世代 积极投入网络论坛，加强电子议政！

马华妇女组新闻局培育部落格写作人才，协助并鼓励党员设立个人或协助所隶属之各级妇女组设立部落格，勤写部落格，加入电子宣传战围，积极在网上议政！

为了提高妇女领袖的写作能力和各州新闻局主任处理新闻的效率， 马华妇女组新闻局于2009年5月16日及17日于马华总部主办了 《部落格、写作和新闻处理》培训课程

Training course on Blogging, Writing and News Management, 16-17 May 2009 at the MCA Headquarters organised by the Information and Communication Bureau of Wanita MCA with the aim of upgrading writing skills of Wanita leaders and the news management efficiency of the various state Information and Communication Bureaus.

The Information and Communication Bureau of Wanita MCA is training blog writers. It also helps and encourages members or various levels of Wanita MCA to create their own blogs and join the fray of electronic publicity and actively participate in on-line political deliberations.

进入e世代的女性不但要能写，还要能辩。马华妇女组文化局培育演讲人才，以论据，以辩才监督与针砭朝野政党，扮演从政者的议政论政角色。

Revealing the truth with outstanding debating skills

In today’s world, silence is not always is golden. When it is time for you to speak, you should voice it out loud and clear and without fear and favour!

Women in the e-Era not only should master the skills of writing but also debating. Wanita MCA’s Culture and Arts Bureau trains public speaking talents who can monitor, constructively critique and articulate comments about both the opposition and government with substantiated facts, thus playing the role as a political worker in political deliberation.
