“世界瞬息万变，我们已经来到了一个全球化、网际网络的世界，我们必须要走出来。

走向国际性是免不了，也是不能阻止的趋势，我们应以开放的态度去迎接它，让我们的姐妹们通过与国际接轨有机会多认识、多了解，也间接或直接提高姐妹们的素质与知识，这对马华妇女组的整体发展将带来很大的帮助！

我们已经组织了考察团到新加坡参访，她们做得比我们更好的，我们应该拿来做参考与学习。

我们要看得远，要了解世界所发生的事情，在这个globalization的世界，不管什么事情发生，它直接或间接都会影响到我们。”

“The world is ever changing and we have entered into a globalised and wired era. As such we have to reach out.

Going international is an inevitable and irresistible trend which we must accept with an open mind. To allow members of Wanita MCA to have more opportunities to gain international exposure and experience can directly and indirectly upgrade their quality and knowledge, thereby contributing greatly to the overall development of Wanita MCA.

We have organized a study group to visit Singapore which has performed better than us and can serve as a reference and model for us.

We need to be forward-looking and keep abreast with the happenings around the world as in this era of globalization, anything (which) takes place in other part of the global will have a direct or indirect impact on us.”
