身为现代女性，尤其是政治工作者，掌握演讲技巧是必须的，因为良好的技巧能有效的传达讯息，监督及纠正政府的治国方针，用言论来辩明不合理的论据，甚而引起共鸣，从而达到政治目标！因此马华妇女组成员必须学习及掌握演讲技巧。

我建议在各区会展开演讲学习班，让妇女同志按步就班学习如何呈现精彩的演讲，同时学习如何就事论事。

“As women, especially political workers in the modern days, it is imperative for us to master skills in public speaking in order to be able to convey our messages effectively, monitor and rectify government’s policy in managing national affairs and rebut unreasonable arguments with justifications. I believe that convincing debating skills will gain over the support of others and eventually contribute to the attainment of political objectives.

I suggest that the public speaking classes be conducted in various divisions to enable Wanita members to learn such skills systematically and to master the technique in analysing and debating topical issues through regular courses.”
